Work For Future was born from a simple frustration: the most impactful companies in the world were losing the talent war to big tech. Meanwhile, thousands of skilled professionals were desperate to do meaningful work but had no reliable way to find it.
We started in 2022 as a Notion database shared among friends in the climate-tech space. Within six months the waitlist hit 3,000 names. That signal told us the market was ready for a dedicated impact talent matchmaker.
Today we serve four core sectors -- Climate and Energy, AI Ethics and Safety, Health and Biotech, and Education and Access -- and our community is growing every week.

Started as a shared database of climate-tech roles among a small circle of friends. The waitlist hit 3,000 in six months.
Shipped our first web app with AI-powered mission matching. Onboarded 120 companies and 4,000 talent profiles in the first quarter.
Added AI Ethics and Safety, Health and Biotech, and Education and Access alongside our founding Climate and Energy vertical.
Crossed 12,000 talent profiles and 340 companies. Launched the community mentorship programme and the annual Impact Talent Report.
