Our community exists to support impactful careers and mission-driven work. Keep discussions relevant to career development, impact sectors, skill-sharing, and professional growth.
Be honest about your experience, skills, and intentions. Misrepresenting yourself, your company, or a role harms trust and undermines the community.
Do not share personal information about other members without their consent. Respect confidentiality in mentorship conversations and private messages.
Unsolicited advertising, recruitment spam, and excessive self-promotion clutter the space. Share opportunities genuinely and in the appropriate channels.
When offering feedback, be specific, kind, and actionable. Constructive criticism helps the community grow. Personal attacks and unconstructive negativity do not.
If you see behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to our community team. We take all reports seriously and handle them confidentially.
Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose. This includes posting fraudulent roles, engaging in phishing, or violating intellectual property rights.
A private warning from the community team clarifying the violation.
Temporary suspension of community access for repeated or serious violations.
Permanent removal from the community and platform for egregious or continued violations.
