Sahay keeps 14 days of visits safe offline for 11,000 health workers. About one sync in 4,000 still fails. This role takes it to zero.

What success looks like
- DAY 30
- you’ve carried a test phone through Bahraich and fixed your first sync bug.
- DAY 60
- the conflict rules are written down and agreed with the clinical team.
- DAY 90
- you own the sync engine, and failed syncs fall every week.
What you’ll need
- 6+ years building Android apps in Kotlin
- Shipped offline-first sync to real users
- Willingness to spend time in the districts
Nice to have, not required
- Experience with government health systems or FHIR
- Hindi. Most field visits run in Hindi.
Where you’ll work
- OFFICE
- Lucknow (Gomti Nagar), Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- REMOTE
- The other two days, from anywhere in India.
- FIELD
- Two days a month in the districts. Travel and stay paid in full.
- HOURS
- India Standard Time. Core hours 11:00–16:00.
- ON CALL
- One week in six for sync incidents, with a day off after.
