How we work with families

  • Families set the pace

Any interview can stop at any point, and nobody is asked twice.

  • Two interviews a day at most

Researchers need time to recover, so the limit is in the protocol.

  • Clinicians review every change

Nothing families rely on ships without a clinical sign-off.

  • We publish what didn’t work

Every study is written up, including the ones that changed nothing.
