Our mission
Farmers can’t afford to fix their soil until the market pays for it.
Cover crops, no-till and compost make soil healthier, but in the first three years yields can dip, and nobody pays extra for the harvest.
Mendroot closes that gap. We measure what the soil gains, prove it on the plate with chefs and buyers, and pass the premium back to the farms. Every role we hire for makes one of those steps more convincing.
01 · Restore
Soil that comes back
Partner farms switch to cover crops, no-till and compost, with an agronomist on call through the change.
02 · Measure
Evidence behind every claim
Our lab tests soil carbon and microbial life on every field, every season.
03 · Pay
A price that rewards the soil
Chefs and buyers pay a premium for graded harvests, and the farms that grew them get it.
